FOURLANE FORD’S ORDERING & DELIVERY PROCESS:
1) Once we have received your form, a Sales Consultant will call you to discuss your needs within 1 business day, or if you prefer, book a time for you to come in to see us at the dealership. The Sales Consultant will ask you all of the right questions and will “Build & Price” your vehicle online for you and ensure it is built to your specifications correctly.
2) Discuss if there will be a trade-in, agree on a final price, and put down a small deposit to process the order*.
3) Once the vehicle arrives, you will be contacted that your vehicle has arrived which will provide you time to arrange any necessary financing through our Finance Office.
4) Your vehicle goes through the post-delivery process in our Service Department and finishes up in our Detailing department.
5) On a day & time that is convenient to you, you can come pick up your new vehicle and your Sales Consultant will sit with you in your vehicle to ensure you know about all of the features. You can stop back anytime during dealership hours to receive a review of any features you are unsure about, or to ask any questions about your new vehicle.
