Is the Ford App free?
Yes, the Ford App is free to download and use, though certain features may require a connected vehicle subscription.

How do I connect my vehicle to the Ford App?
After downloading the app, create a Ford account and add your vehicle using its Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). Once added, you can access remote features and vehicle data.

Is my data secure on the Ford App?
Yes, Ford takes data security seriously and implements various safeguards to protect your personal information and vehicle data.

Does the Ford App provide navigation?
Yes, the app provides built-in navigation with real-time traffic information, directions, and points of interest through Ford SYNC and Apple CarPlay/Android Auto integration.

How do Ford Rewards work?
Ford Rewards allows you to earn points for vehicle service, accessories, and new vehicle purchases, which can be redeemed for discounts on future services or purchases.

Do members have to use the Ford App to earn rewards?

No. Members can earn Ford Rewards at their participating dealership and view their account online at FordPassRewards.ca. However, they do need a Ford member account, such as an Owner or Lincoln Owner account, to participate. The Ford App is required for some earning opportunities, for example, to complete the Ford Connect modem activation process for modem-equipped vehicles to earn Thank-You bonus Points for a vehicle purchase.

How do members earn Ford Rewards Points?

Ford Rewards Points can be earned through the purchase of qualifying Ford, Motorcraft® or Omnicraft parts, associated labour from participating Ford dealerships and by members participating in qualifying activities and offers from Ford through the Ford App or website.

Points with new vehicle purchase or lease for completing the following:

  • Purchasing or leasing a new retail Ford vehicle from a participating dealer
  • Activating and maintaining Ford Connect modem*
  • Joining Ford Rewards within 60 days of purchase
  • Points with Ford Certified Pre-Owned vehicle purchase for joining within 60 days of purchase**
  • Have your vehicle serviced (retail repair orders only) at a participating dealer (restrictions apply).
  • Setting a preferred dealer in your account
  • Completing a digital brand experience (e.g., survey, video)

*Modem must be activated within 60 days of purchase through the Ford App on a smartphone and remain active for at least six months after activation. Ford App is available for select smartphones. Message and data rates may apply. Service may be limited by mobile phone network coverage area. Ford App Terms and Privacy apply.
