Recently shopping for a Super Duty, I noticed Fourlane Ford's website advertised reduced pricing on their inventory. After giving two other Alberta dealers their best shot, they couldn't even beat Fourlane's website price. Needless to say, I bought my new Super Duty from Fourlane Ford. This is the second vehicle in the last three years I have bought at Fourlane, and it won't be my last. Glenn it is a pleasure to deal with you!

Having never purchased anything on line before, I was somewhat hesitant. After my initial email to Fourlane Ford, Glenn responded quickly with answers to my questions. After having to leave this for a bit, when I emailed again Glenn replied and we picked up where we left off.

We did all of our negotiations by email and arranged for a meeting for a first and final look. The vehicle was exactly as the pictures showed and what Glenn had relayed by email.

We arranged to pickup the vehicle later in the week and were offered if needed a pickup from Calgary if flying in.

We were treated extremely well by Glenn and the staff at Fourlane Ford by email and in person.

I would not hesitate to tell my friends and family that this was a very easy and stress free way to purchase a vehicle.

I would like to take some time to tell you why Fourlane Ford is in my opinion the best dealership around. I bought a used truck from Glenn from Fourlane. He responded to my e-mail very promptly even though it was a Sunday afternoon. I had to take my truck back because I went through a very high pressured car wash that had a window leak, they had my truck in the next day and gave me a very nice loaner. The service was very friendly and they accomodated me in anyway they could. My next truck will surely come from Fourlane Ford, Thank you Glenn.

I had my Escape in yesterday for service and what a nice surprise to be told it was a free service! Last summer we were returning from holidays and we were all quite anxious to get home when our recently purchased Ford van developed problems and we were left stranded on the busy highway a few miles from Innisfail, AB.
